Impossible upgrade OmniAuth to v2

Is not possible to upgrade to last version of omniauth gem which is v2.0.1 at the moment (FYI https://rubygems.org/gems/omniauth)

Since there is this dependency:
https://github.com/realdoug/omniauth-salesforce/blob/master/omniauth-salesforce.gemspec#L18

Please support this upgrade.

@realdoug we'd like to update omniauth to 2.0 in debian but this is one of the blockers

Hey, I forked this repo and created a different gem where I updated the dependencies so you can use OmniAuth v2. We use it at my company so we'll support it as long as we're using it - https://github.com/matteeyah/omniauth-salesforce
