[Bug] Error opening fixed-layout publications

Describe the bug

When opening fixed-layouts such as Comic Books the reader does not display the epub. Just a blank screen.

Happens with all fixed-layout titles we've tested.

How to reproduce?

1. Download fixed-layout lcp epub
2. Open the publication

Xcode version

15.4 (15F31d)

Readium version

3.0.0-alpha.1

OS version

17.5.1

Testing device

iPhone 14 Pro

Hello, now we are using Xcode 16.1 and have just updated to 3.0.0-alpha.3.
But we keep facing the same problem with fixed layouts. Except this time it's only this line:

❌ undefined:1: JavaScript: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: readium

Our fixed layouts are .epub files with lcp drm protection.

I cannot reproduce this issue on 3.0.0-beta.1 with Xcode 16.1 and iOS 18.1.

Are you able to share (privately on Slack for example) an LCP protected book showing the problem in the test app?
