Clear flag results in Reacfoam and Diagram

It would be nice to provide a way to remove all flag results in Reacfoma or Diagram for users.

• Users can unflag results in Search panel, however, when opening the page in a new tab, we lost the state and no way to clear flag reuslts,https://reactome.org/beta/PathwayBrowser/?flag=uniprot:P60484&tab=info
• No way to clear flag result in Diagram from user perspective, https://reactome.org/beta/PathwayBrowser/R-HSA-1632852?select=R-HSA-5682888&flag=uniprot:Q9H0Y0&path=R-HSA-9612973&tab=details
