Component Generator with Webpacker attempts to use createReactClass

• My app crashes with react-rails, so I've included the stack trace and the exact steps which make it crash.

On React-rails 2.4.0
The component Generator when running Webpacker generated components starting :

var Post = createReactClass({

And createReactClass is not included by rails webpacker:install:react

I expect that if Webpacker is available we should be offering ES6 style components by default OR including createReactClass in our installer.
