Description: This pull request resolves #449 by adding more descriptive logging for emojiMod.ts to trace the cause of this error.

• Detailed tracking of errors
  The error tracker has been enhanced to report more specific information when a problem arises. This includes details like where the error happened in terms of channels and threads, and who was involved, with specific identifiers like username and message content. This allows us to narrow down problematic areas more efficiently.
