notificationPrefixCls-notice-wrappe::after in index.less 242 line.
The pseudo-element is used to support the notice-wrappe, prevent Collapses when the mouse enters the gap between two elements.
But the pseudo-element cover the notification, causing it to be unable to close, and other custom actions.
