[Issue] Multiple Icon Libraries Installed – Consider Consolidation #104

Description

@arhamkhnz

Currently, the project includes multiple icon libraries:

  • @mui/icons-material
  • react-icons
  • lucide-react

Potential Issues:

  • Increased Bundle Size: Including multiple icon libraries adds unnecessary weight to the project.
  • Inconsistent UI Design: Using different icon sets may lead to an inconsistent look and feel.
  • Code Maintainability: Having multiple libraries makes it harder to standardize icon usage across the project.

Suggested Solutions:

  • Standardize on a Single Icon Library that meets all design and functionality needs.
  • Remove Unused Icon Libraries to optimize performance and reduce dependencies.

    Hi, thanks for your interest in helping with this!

    You can check where react-icons and lucide-react are being used in the codebase and replace them with similar Material Icons (@mui/icons-material).

    Before contributing, please check out the Developer Guide for guidelines.

    Once replaced, you can also remove react-icons and lucide-react from package.json. Let me know if you need any help!

    Happy Coding! 🎉
