settings.ACCOUNT_EMAIL_REQUIRED is deprecated

when i deploy my RDMO instance to a server, there is a warning (see attached screenshot).
This probably refers to rdmo.core.settings.py

It is part of django-allauth 65.5.0, https://docs.allauth.org/en/latest/release-notes/recent.html#id5.
The changes are backwards compatible but settings should be updated accordingly.
