Missing translation in window "add new question" #1020

If you want do add a new question to a questionnaire, in the opening window "optionset" and the buttons "add existing optionset" and "create new optionset" are in English. the other tabs "range", "default" and "editors" are in English as well, but everything else is in German.
Expected behaviour / Erwartetes Verhalten
I would expected German text, if German is set.
