Hello, I'm Riley.

I'm an engineering student at UBC and have been developing software since high school—about 7 years in total—including internships, coursework, and personal projects. My focus is on fullstack software development, with experience spanning web applications, embedded systems, robotics, and natural language processing.

  • Embedded Systems (Skyfall): Developed ESP32 firmware for real-time drone fall detection and parachute deployment, streaming telemetry via WebSocket to a live dashboard.
  • Automation Engineering: Built web crawlers and scraping pipelines with Cheerio and Puppeteer for real-time data collection.
