Is it possible to install it on Windows?

I'm writing a cross-platform desktop app and I need to use your library on Windows as well. Would you give some help with installation ?

I don't know how to install "make" on Windows, is it the same that CMake ?

And about "openblas" "lapack" where could I download them ? 
And how may I link these libraries with the project on Windows?
