How to use:

You can use gui.py very simply also you can use access.py to append some lines to a file with terminal-cmd:

python access.py YourFilePath Mode yourtext
ex: python access.py c:/Windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts a "127.0.0.1 localhost"-> a is append and w is write.
