Downloaded videos are missing subtitles

Although you can view subtitles in live stream, if you download a video, it is missing subtitles.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download a video
2. Enable subtitles

Expected behavior

English subtitles will appear.

Actual behavior

They don't.

Environment

• Android Version: All
• raywenderlich.com App Version: All
• Device: All

Notes

This is because the download URL is distinct from the stream, and the file downloaded does not include subtitles. A subtitles file is available at a separate URL (see the API for details).
