This pulls in changes from the upstream mimikatz project. I merged them in, resolved all conflicts, and then verified that things still compile cleanly using both Visual Studio and mingw on both the x86 and x64 architectures. Necessary changes for cross-compiling were added in commit 895ab86.
More detailed testing steps will be included in the corresponding metasploit-payloads PR, but for now, things should compile cleanly.
