  1. Create valid OSGI Headers for byte buddy. 

    This change introduces the maven-bundle-plugin to generate the correct
MANIFEST.MF values. Due to the internal structure of byte buddy, these
are pretty long. The build procedure also generates a few warnings about
nonstandard osgi behaviour, which is ok, but might encourage future
refactorings.
