fix: add blockchains without token to meta

Summary

Previously, we filtered the data fetched from the Meta API to exclude blockchains that had no tokens. However, this filtering prevented access to the metadata of those blockchains, which is sometimes required.

This PR removes the filtering logic to allow access to metadata for all blockchains, including those without any tokens.
