Refine Landing Page (OWASP#236)

- Use detail/summary tags for controls/attacks/vulns, etc. ('Other' includes initiatives and social)
- Use proper code fencing on the front mater section.

This should probably be replaced by some sort of include in the future, for the time being I believe it's fine.
