GSoC Part 4 & Initiatives

* 2015 & 2016
* Added 3 versions of the 2014 Winter Code Sprint logo to
www-community\assets\images\initiatives\code_sprint, they are currently
un-used but it seemed better to ensure they were migrated.
* Added Initiatives:
  - Tab
  - Revised file structure
  - TODO: Could add items such as WASPY, etc.
