What's this PR do?
Adds listUpdates to the library and adds an example for generating weekly snippets.
Where should the reviewer start?
lib/range.js is a good starting point
Any background context you want to provide?
We're gradually opening up the API more and more, listUpdates allows you to access
your own and your teams updates. This can be useful for integrating into other
tools.
