Dear all,
I just encountered an unexpected feature when using the function geone.geosclassicinterface.simulate for performing Sequential Gaussian Simulation.
This is what happens:
When I call the function geone.geosclassicinterface.simulate with the argument method="ordinary_kriging" and a definition for the argument mean, the (expected) warning message
...
simulate: WARNING: mean is ignored with method='ordinary_kriging'
...
appears. However, is seem that in the simulation procedure the value defined by the argument mean has nevertheless an effect on the output simulation and it is not ignored.
Is that feature expected? If needed, I can provided a minimal working example.
Thank you in advance and bests,
Alessandro
