feat(Badge): Badge 组件新增 position 属性

• 更新依赖 Badge 组件的 Snapshots
• Badge 组件单元测试测试库改为 @testing-library/react
• 更正rc-cli中jest命令，去掉--u, 默认不更新Snapshots
