This PR does two things:
1 - Adds an AI Conformance document under "reference"
2 - Creates a new "add-ons" directory where we move helm and import images
3 - Under "add-ons" we add a new doc about GPU integrations. We move the "how to install NVIDIA GPU Operator" information from advanced to this doc
