Add optional pre-commit automation with linters

Description

Add possibility to automatically lint modified files on pre-commit with husky and lint-staged.

As this is an issue for some, we have to ensure to be optional and not require too much time.

Estimated process on commit is < 2s.

Context

Reduce PR time with unnecessary manual work which is usually avoided with standard patterns in the Node projects.
