• Rancher version: 2.11.X
• Installation option (Docker install/Helm Chart): Helm on RKE2 1.32.5

• Cluster Type (Local/Downstream): This specific happens on local, but seen also on imported also.

• What is the role of the user logged in? local admin

Describe the bug
Install Rancher Backups. Start creating a backup. Fails on missing resourcesetCR.

To Reproduce
Install Rancher Backups
Start creating a backup

Result
Fails on missing resourcesetCR

Expected Result
A backup configurable. If you log out from Rancher UI, it seems to work.

Reproduced the issue on 2 different environments with the same version or Rancher.
Rancher version: 2.11.3
Installation option (Docker install/Helm Chart): Helm on RKE2 1.32.5
Proxy/Cert Details: None

Here's a screenshot of the message shown in the UI:

Creating a backup with a yaml manifests seems to work and as mentioned in the case when you reconnect on the UI it will display the backup creation form
