Release workflow is broken after prime image building steps were added. Until it is fixed externally, we need to unblock release process. Signed-off-by: Furkat Gofurov <furkat.gofurov@suse.com>

What this PR does / why we need it:
Reverts: #462 and #456 to unblock release GH temporarily.
Prime image building needs to be added back once we sort out secret creation in vault by EIO.
