Database.JSON file missing

Hello there, thanks for the wonderful repository.

I followed the docker method for local API, but am getting the following error:

File "/usr/src/app/api/lib/tools.py", line 412, in load_db System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file "/usr/src/app/database/database.json

or otherwise, what kind of data should be inside the json, because I was able to run the server and notebook with empty database.json file. But I get empty plots.
