If I completely close Windhawk, there is no error.

Please post a crash dump. You should be able to get it with the following steps:

• Open regedit
• Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting
• Create a key named LocalDumps
• Create a DWORD value named DumpType with value 2
• Trigger the crash
• Go to the %LocalAppData%\CrashDumps folder, you should see a dump file in there

Is the file not being created?
Can you check if there's at least a crash report in the event viewer?

It appears as an Information level, not as an error.

Is it the only information you have in Event Viewer? Can you post a screenshot? Unfortunately that's not enough information, if there's nothing else, I'll have to think of a way to get more info.

Does it happen every time?

Here's what we can try:

• Open Task Manager.
• Go to the Details tab (with the list of processes).
• Find "explorer.exe".
• Right-click on it and choose "Create memory dump file".
• Save the file to a location.
• Reproduce the bug, and write down the exact message that's shown.

Then post the dump file and the exact message.

Note that the dump file and the message (the number in "The instruction at 0x00007FFFAA503FBA") must be from the same session.
