Looks like there is experimental config UI support in pylaunchy using PyQt4. Use it to build a config UI

I put together a quick Qt design layout and started to modify the plugin to use it in https://github.com/rakslice/launchy-sqlite/tree/config_ui but it doesn't seem like the current version of pylaunchy calls the GUI hook methods yet
