Add Parameter for Roles

Sometimes I know exactly what roles I want to activate and don't need to use the TUI. If the role names and/or role IDs were prarameterized then I could pass them in from the shell. I could also configure $PSDefaultParameterValues to set these values as a defaults when activating roles.
