No. Well, yes. I am not using a Debian system.

Describe the solution you'd like
Basically build the project as an AppImage and include within releases.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Unpacked the .deb file, unpacked the .tar.zst file (containing the app), extracting opt into my host machine's /opt, symlinked /opt/github-store/bin/Github-Store to /usr/bin/, and symlinked /opt/github-store/share/*.desktop to /usr/share/applications/
