Attributes support the aref attribute so we can add permalinks to attributes.

I'd like to implement this for constants as well, but that requires a change in rdoc: ruby/rdoc#1016 |

Attributes support the aref attribute so we can add permalinks to attributes.
For example the following description links to the
headersattribute, but you have to scrollto get to the attribute.
