feat: expense share and split with partner #99

Prerequisites
- I have searched for existing issues that already include this feature request, without success.
Describe the Feature Request
allows 2 users to share the same monthly expense sheet, but get to key in their own personal expense with the main tally of total spent of each individual at the top
PLUS get to choose where some expenses are split into 50/50 or that we get to choose ‘paid by’ , but ‘owed by’ and flexible percentage
Describe the Use Case
allows users to get accurate depiction of expenses especially when couples have many shared expenses and to varying percentage
