monolog/monolog dependency required falling behind. Laravel 10 depends on ^3.0

Hello, after updating my project to laravel 10 the Telegram package gives conflict with the "monolog/monolog" because is bound to the ^2.0.
And the monolog package is already going on the ^3.0.
