Parse mode HTML messagge does not work

I write a telegram message with html elements that are supported by Telegram but on chat i read only text like "< b > Hello< / b >" (without space).
The version that I have installed is:

I read the source code and I think that it does not work because you sent the param parse_mode on GET request instead of POST
