Done everything from #24.
Also the following changes

  • Playlist details now show censored songs first and with red background
  • Build testing now tests PHP syntax for errors
  • Can create/edit new playlists. If it's a sustainer playlist get a colour option
  • Moved restarting Javo/Marceline to a seperate page on sustainer management, requires admin permission
  • Made it so overriding the next sue song is admin only
