Argparse

Made a whole rework of the help screen and arguments. This involves all current changes needed to convert the standard text arguments into a dynamic auto generating argument parser.

Issues worked on:

• Reworks to insert argparse (Argparse #2)
• While working on the new arg parser, I included the exclude argument because it was easier than standard mechanics (Exclude doesnt work #1)
