[New Feature] CI/Github Actions that check if the builds continue to succeed or fail #543

Feature Description
We need to introduce a Github Action that runs the npm run build command on every pr against main
We push a lot of updates regularly to the library, including security fixes and upgrading deprecated packages
Similar to how it happened here on #536
Where builds completely stopped working and we were unable to release any new versions to npm because of this
