How to manage mix deps? #8

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm trying to understand the interaction between this toolchain and public elixir deps, as declared in my app's deps list in mix.exs. I see a variety of parameters passed to elixir_app rule, like extra_apps, deps, and ez_deps, but am not sure if any of these are intended to fetch from open-source dependencies. The basic examples don't have any dependencies and so don't provide an example of the expected configuration for this case.

Please let me know (maybe in the documentation?) how to handle this case, I'd love to be able to onboard my project to bazel!
