ha policy settings fail validation in management ui

Hey, I have deployed a rabbitmq cluster in Kubernetes and tried to apply some policy rules.
I'm new to rabbitmq, but according to https://www.rabbitmq.com/ha.html it should work that I can create a policy that replicates queues across the cluster.

I am port forwarding 15672 and 5672 to localhost.
What I get when I try to insert the specified value is the following:

hmmmm, looking through the pull requests, it seems that vhosts do not support queue mirroring?
And nope, the root vhost does not work as well.

It's the "Operator policy", not the "user policy"
