Editor component - select text

1. Add selection support
2. Fix issue in r3bl_rs_utils_core file logging to disable MT file writes by default
3. Remove is_stdin_piped() & is_terminal crate dep from r3bl_rs_utils (and move it into r3bl_tuify)

Once the branch is merged to main:

1. Make a new release of r3bl_rs_utils_core
2. Make a new release of r3bl_tui
