LHS of `&&` longer than 1 in `tests/test_dotsLength.R`

Hello,

running `tests/test_dotlibPaths.R` on R version `4.3.0` or greater fail with the following error:
```
.libPaths(save, include.site = length(.Library.site) && .Library.site %in% save)
Error in length(.Library.site) && .Library.site %in% save : 
  'length = 4' in coercion to 'logical(1)'
```
