Opencart 3 - Fix Order Editing Stock Quantity Issue

Opencart 3 Modification to fix the problem with the quantity of products in stock when editing an order. Like this issue (opencart/opencart#8869)

Installation

1. Upload the OpenCart3.x_FixOrderEditingStockQuantityIssue.ocmod.zip through Extensions -> Installer or just copy qvart_fix_order_editing_stock_quantity_issue.ocmod.xml to system folder via FTP.
2. Go to Extensions -> Modifications and press Refresh.

Compatibility

OpenCart 3.0.3.6, 3.0.3.7, 3.0.3.8. Other versions have not been tested.
