Unbind `@name` and `filename`

We have some needs for organizing local script files by filename/folder:

• Support for loading userscripts from subdirectories #96
• iOS New function support #398
• Support scripts in subfolders #698

We've actually found a new way to associate files instead of identifying the same script by @name and filename.
This will help us solve many problems and bring better flexibility.
This will require a lot of native refactoring and is planned for 5.x/6.0.
