Revise CO2 emissions of biomass section #4624

Background
In the CO2 emissions of biomass section, it is possible to set the share of emitted biogenic CO2 that you want to include in you CO2 emissions calculations. The shares only affect the related CO2 emissions biomass chart, so it will not affect the regular CO2 emission calculations.
Problem
There are a couple of points for debate about this section:
- The share sliders don't really make much sense. It would be more logical to replace these with a boolean to include or exclude all biogenic CO2 emissions. Or to have an option to switch between certain categories.
- It is questionable whether this feature should be on a slide and only affecting one specific chart. It might make more sense to have this functionality as a data-export.
- If we keep these sliders on a slide, a more logical location might be the Emissions section (addressed in this issue).
- Or do we even want to consider removing this feature entirely?
