This EIP seems to be finished. Do you think it's worth creating a branch EOF or something and merge all the EIPs there before sending them to master? |

Implementation of the OPCODES introduced in EIP-4200.
P.S: Still in draft. Error produced when generating forks previous to Prague due to the introduction of new operations with immediate values. The generation of operations for pre-Prague forks has been commented until I find a solution to the problem.
