Added test script to perform end to end Finetuning tests for SFT dataset. Need to add changes to the repo for Seq completion task as well. Current run uses CPU to perform finetuning. Signed-off-by: Dhiraj Kumar Sah <dhirajku@qti.qualcomm.com>
