Instead of relying on users to create and map their own desktop entries, qubesome auto generate them based on all the workloads configured for the given profile.

Note that a generic qubesome icon is used at present. In the future, a better approach will be defined to support workloads providing their own icons.

The introduction of automatic desktop entries in v0.11.0 results in
duplicated volume mappings, making qubesome to fail to start.
This entries are now redundant and can be removed.
