Instead of relying on users to create and map their own desktop entries, qubesome auto generate them based on all the workloads configured for the given profile. Note that a generic qubesome icon is used at present. In the future, a better approach will be defined to support workloads providing their own icons. Signed-off-by: Paulo Gomes <pjbgf@linux.com>

The introduction of automatic desktop entries in v0.11.0 results in duplicated volume mappings, making qubesome to fail to start. This entries are now redundant and can be removed. xref: - qubesome/cli#63 Signed-off-by: Paulo Gomes <pjbgf@linux.com>
