For improved debugging and troubleshooting, a new -i flag was added so that the profile container is started with all its dependencies, but the user has to then start the Window Manager. Signed-off-by: Paulo Gomes <pjbgf@linux.com>

Add the ability to kick-off the installation of all flatpaks needed by a given profile. That way, when jumping into a new underlying host the user can hydrate Flatpak dependencies with
qubesome flatpak install.A new
