Major UI improvements across base and dashboard templates, including glassmorphism, modernized cards, enhanced progress bars, and animated elements. Adds advanced search/filter functionality to dashboard, improves category and task management widgets, and updates flash messages and footer. In app.py, replaces deprecated SQLAlchemy user loader with db.session.get for compatibility.
