Added Lucide Icons build script and icon set

Hi, this PR adds the Lucide SVG icons to extras and an icon set to the main source code. Lucide is becoming the de-facto icon set for popular web projects, and looks really good with Quasar e.g.:

I spent a while with Claude Sonnet (AI) to get the build script working.
